Bekki McQuay, a professional mediator and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, has a long history of helping people discover ways to resolve their personal issues and learn how to have a more fulfilling life. Her passion and purpose is to help others achieve their personal goals for success and happiness.
Bekki has been a life coach, career coach, and corporate trainer since 1990.
She is also a certified mediator, and has been assisting individuals and couples to resolve conflicts as a local mediator in Amarillo, TX, since 2000.
Bekki’s professional counseling career began in 2010. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Bekki McQuay, LPC, specializes in gender affirmation therapy for both transgender and gender creative individuals to ensure that they are well adjusted in their gender identification. She has helped people and families accept, embrace and develop a support plan for transition and provide the guidance necessary for a social, medical, and legal transition. Bekki has been trained in the Principles of Transgender Care by The Mayo Clinic and is an active member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Adolescent and Family Counseling
In her professional counseling experience, Bekki McQuay, LPC, provides young adults and teens individual counseling. She also offers counseling for the entire family as a group, or on an individual basis.

Bekki provides support and counseling in a safe environment for individuals who know or may be questioning if they are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender. She is experienced in helping people with issues surrounding their sexuality, such as depression, anxiety, and healing from trauma. The office of Bekki McQuay, LPC, is located in Amarillo, Texas, in a quiet, safe environment. Your confidentiality and privacy will always be respected. You may also schedule a virtual appointment for a confidential visit.
Session Length
Most counseling and coaching sessions last approximately one hour. The number of counseling or coaching sessions each client needs is determined on a case-by-case basis. Bekki’s years of experience as a licensed professional counselor have taught her that each person’s situation is different.
